HDPE unidirectional stretch film is a HDPE film with unique properties obtained by unidirectional high magnification stretching of HDPE ordinary flat film or blown film. Its biggest feature is high mechanical strength and excellent knotting ability.
HDPE plasticization extrusion is carried out by extruding with a T-shaped die, cooling, and further uniaxial stretching. After electrical treatment, the edges are cut and rolled, and after a period of aging treatment, it is cut into finished products that meet the specifications.
HDPE plasticizer is extruded and inflated from a circular die, cooled and shaped, the cylindrical film is cut into individual pieces, flattened, and further preheated for single stretching. The stretched film is cooled and reheated, and finally cooled and shaped for winding
