The wrapping film is made of specialized polyethylene (PE) plastic film as the substrate. According to different densities, it is divided into high-density polyethylene winding film, medium density polyethylene, and low-density polyethylene winding film. One is mainly produced by mechanical means, one is produced by co extrusion blown film machine, and the other is produced by co extrusion casting machine. Their electrostatic formula ingredients are also different, and the quality and price of the products are also different. Flat priced and low-grade electrostatic films can transfer electrostatic components to the surface of the product, resulting in poor product quality and scrap.
Wrapping film manufacturer - The wrapping film can be directly installed on the rack or manually operated. Mainly used for repackaging damaged pallets, as well as ordinary pallet packaging when film is rotated by or around the pallet. The packaging speed is slow, and the suitable film thickness is 15-20 μ m. This type of packaging is similar to shrink film packaging. Wrap the tray with film, wrap all trays, and then seal the film at both ends together with two hot handles. This is a relatively ancient form of packaging film, which has developed into more packaging forms.

Form a compact and space free unit, with each pallet tightly packed, effectively preventing products from being misaligned and moving during transportation. Meanwhile, adjustable tension can tightly bond hard products and compact soft products, especially in the tobacco and textile industries.
